  • ARC definately do things differently. Take a look at the numerous reviews on the net which unfortunately suggest their 'pile em high sell it cheap' system does not work. Terrible communication structure and clearly not customer focused at all.

  • I recently have my conveyancing done for the purchasing of my town house in the north-east, they were very prompt and easy to deal with. What more could you want!

  • Most awful service ever. Do not use them: calls are NEVER returned and emails are not answered. Their tracking system is a gimmick: it does and never worked. Avoid at all cost. This company should be closed down. They are cheap but whatever little you pay , the customer service is actually below 0. "Chan also claims that his clients prefer dealing with their solicitor via email or on the phone": That may well be the case: it is just very infortunate the their solicitor does not deal with them (the customers) in return either by phone or email - which is a major problem for an organisation which boasts of carrying out the whole conveyancing process via emails and telephone! Awful does not begin to describe this company!!! One word: AVOID. I found out - only too late - that there is a Facebook group of people who have been duped like me. Have a look!

  • I too have had a nightmare experience with this company. they should stick to selling double glazing or vitamin pills, or whatever they did before this joke of a business. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
