Ricardo J Díez
Ricardo J Díez is a partner in the Corporate, Infrastructure Development and Latin America practices. He focuses his practice in Latin America and Mexico, where he advises in the areas of oil, electric power and construction contracts; BLT transactions and distribution agreements; privatisations and acquisitions; and antitrust and foreign investment matters.
Díez’s project finance experience includes work in refinery upgrades and expansion projects, as well as build, lease and transfer projects involving geothermic power plants, transmission lines and substations.
He has written several articles on legal and financial topics in Mexican and international publications.
