Interesting though that the accountants – often held up as being ‘years ahead’ of law firms – are behind on the issue of women partners. I wonder how much of the disparity is caused by law firm partnership being ‘boys clubs’ and how much of it is just down to women making different career decisions to men? I would like to see the other side of the fence, and to see how they would cope with two full time careers. I do not wish to sound sexist!
