Non-practising barristers to set up law centre 'chambers'

Bill.... Barristers will shortly be able to come into practice with Solicitors under LDP's. Fellow's of ILEX already can and are. I'm an ILEX Fellow, a Solicitor, studying for my Higher RIghts and a Commerical Mediator. I'm also looking to see if I can get called as a non practising Barrister whilst retaining my practice certificate as a Solicitor. Times are changing... and not before time!
