This is really interesting and innovative. Glad to see fellow members of the Bar at the forefront of such initiatives. I am sure the idea will be well received by clients, current and prospective. One small point which is not very clear to me is why Mr Aaronson will need to wait until implementation of some rules by the Bar Council. I thought barristers were already allowed to join firms as partners?
