Essex Court's Smouha and Shearman join Tchenguiz line-up

At Trafalgar Court in Mundesley the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal has been involved since 2001 up till now 2013 --- In many ways this has been the problem-- the Freeholder owns 24 out of the 32 flats 13 of his flats he sold for £1 each however they still remain registered at his home address. His other eight flats remain unfinished since he bought his 24 plus the freehold in 1999-- he refuses to pay service charges on them. As well as this he does not pay council tax on his 24 flats since 2001 as his company is in corporate closure, About £200,000 in lost council tax to North Norfolk.So I can quite see how problems like the above story are coming about.
