Harneys expands Africa reach with Mauritius association

I wish Harneys all the best with this move that should improve the quality of offshore legal services on the ground in Mauritius. Appleby, who until now have dominated the offshore legal sector in Mauritius, offer a work product that is patchy at best with response times far below what would be expected of a firm of its size. This seems to be down to a complete lack of leadership in the office coupled with no real desire to bring local associates through the ranks.
