Hardly a complete success, the merger was due to take place in November, you have just moved the goalposts. Then on launch day your website crashes several times and on top of that it is full of grammatical errors, very amateur and nothing to do with 'interest' as you may have hoped or are portraying. The market just sees this as two failing firms making a slightly larger failing firm.
