norton rose what they mean is, more people keep their jobs, less people out of work - and if you lose your job now, you lose it for years not months!!!. Stop complaining and thank them for helping you. It is a great scheme and one to be commended. You cant count the pennies if you are not earning any!! And to the guy/girl who keeps banging on about there being no one in the office when a client calls, get real, ofcourse there will be, no one was ever indispensable. And to the guy/girl complaining about maybe taking a call on a friday when they officially work monday - thursday, so you prefer no job then???
