Don't ask? don't get? How about 8. Get a job as an investment banker with RBS get made redundant and get a £100K pay off from taxpayer's money then sit at home for a month or two planning how to spend said windfall then get reemployed by said bank but don't have to pay back said windfall as your job has changed ever so slightly so your original position not technically redundant! Then sapre a thought for the lawyers who have worked hard and just get their statutory entitlement.
