Choosing careers at 18 Unfortunate comment by Danielle, but demonstrates the naivety of people at that age. What about the many people who don't know what they want to do for a career at age 18, and make the choice to become a lawyer later, after having done a more general degree? Does that mean they are a worse lawyer?
