Emerging markets head Eastwell quits Linklaters

One of "the boys" from long ago... I will actually break with the tradition of "The Lawyer" and will post under my own name. For a relatively brief time, I was one of "the boys" while at Linklaters. Nick Eastwell is a true gentleman and a pioneer in the field. One of the things I liked the most about Nick was his dedication to his profession - and his dedication to his team. His love of sport is noted as well: whether it was indoor soccer (followed by a pint and a curry) after work, or a quick five mile run while travelling, Eastwell could (literally) run guys half his age into the ground. A better manager was never had. His presence will be missed.
