Tax haven and Europe EU Govt leaders should understand the difference between tax planning and tax evasion. The latter being illegal. The reason why investors choose low tax jurisdiction for investment holding is because there is a heavy tax burden in their country. Why cant the EU countries lower their own taxes and make user friendly tax legislation? The tax rate in France is inhumane !
