you need to check you timetables "New rules from the Financial Services Authority came into force this month allowing companies to carry out a rights issue in as little as 10 days." Umm. That's not quite right, in fact it's pretty misleading. The subscription period is 10 business days but the entire process takes more like 5 weeks...
