gearing it has been interesting to see the widely differing aproached of a number of firms to the ration between fee earning and suport staff made redundant.. Surely, in this day and age it should be much closer the prportionprevailing in the firm, is this an indication that costs have not been properly controled for a number of years or is it that some firms are no graspin the nettle of fee earner/partner redudancies ?
