Basic stuff I agree with the earlier comment posted that if a potential trainee solicitor does not already know this basic information then I fear how well (s)he will perform in the legal profession! Secondly, it is very true indeed that the decision is 90% based on the first 30 seconds of the interview - can't argue with that.
