SETTLING OUTSIDE COURT I AGREE THAT TO SETTLE SUCH PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE CASES MAY INDEED BE BENEFICIAL TO THE LEGAL FIRM IN TERMS OF EXISTING AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS. HOWEVER ITS A DOUBLE EDGED SWORD AS WELL. IT ENTAILS ADMISSION OF GUILT. IT CAN HAUNT YOU LATER .IF A LEGAL FIRM GIVES ITS OPINION IN GOOD FAITH AND PROFESSIONALLY THEN DEFEND. PERIOD.
