Friends in high places

As a clerk with Christopher Frere- Smith, I gave Vivian what was probably one of his first briefs as a junior member of chambers. I can't honestly recall twhether it was a successful outcome for our defendant, but I clearly remember Vivian's charming personality. I regret that I missed meeting up with him at the open day last year, but i wish him every success in his new venture.
