importance of this case It is very important that this case is fairly dealt with in which case the only result has to be that THE GOVERNMENT HAS ACTED UNFAIRLY IGNORING THE RIGHTS OF THE SHAREHOLDERS AND CONSEQUENTLY BREACHED THEIR HUMAN RIGHTS.NO INVESTOR IN HIS/HER RIGHT MIND CAN HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THIS GOVERNMENT IF THE RESULT IS OTHERWISE.IT IS ALSO A CASE TO SEE HOW FAIR ARE THE JUDGES.
