Admin Court I will be sorry to lose Collins J as lead judge in the Admin Court. He is clearly right that taking the Admin Court on Circuit is a stupid idea. As an advocate whose cases come from across the country (most of which are Admin) it is going to increase our work and stress to be here, there and everywhere and detract from our service to clients. I don't remember being consulted on this. But then again the definition of consultation is "a wicked deception to make the punter think his opinion is important. When actually he is being tricked into ruining his chances on Judicial Review". And speaking of Judicial Review... well we can't take this lying down can we?
