OPINION;YES, WE CAN TRUST It is a fantastic article on legal ethics or philosophy which America's newly elected President would like to follow. I personally feel Obama's decision would not be unitary like Bush.It would be more plural based on democratic norms. For he believes in welfare of mass, has respect towards legal process. I feel that though his wife would not be holding any position in his administration, being a successful and well reputed attorney she would be available to help articulate his thoughts. My Congratulations to Alex.
