'Being judgemental' If by 'being judgmental' you mean making a judgement (the end result of thinking, surely?) then yes, that's just what I was being. My judgement is that, if not at smaller practices, at large firms decent ethnic minority lawyers are not only not discriminated against but are actually favoured so that firms can have some BME numbers on their books to show the PC police next time they come knocking. Which is always soon.
