Prospect of Ethnics it makes sence to assume that ethnic minorities will have to get jobs on their own individual merit assumming also that they get real equal opportunities. The writer who stated ''.... it sounds like you have inferiority commplex'' missed the point completely - you missed the opportunity to state your confidence in the system instead of being judgmental and trivalising the debate in the process
