A failed justice system Fear is the key! No penalty for dishonesty, no need to be honest! When the courts of law in this country are accepting fraudulent pleadings, forged documents and flase affidavits made by lawyers simply to cover up their own blunders then you lose the cornerstone of civilisation - Justice. The Law Society and its regulators in all their nefarious forms over the years have proven themselves to be of no substance. You have in the legal profession a time bomb every bit as dangerous and more so than the financial crisis we are witnessing, the depths of which we have a long way to go before recovery.
