SRA hits out at Law Soc review

Law Soc review of regulation Reviewing the regulators seems to me an entirely appropriate function for a representative body. All the more so where that regulator is incapable of adapting its regulatory approach so as to apply light touch to the those making innocent mistakes and robust for the rogues. The usual Lawyer hyperbole about two tier regulation can be discounted but how interesting the sharp reaction of the SRA.
