Client Accounts I've always found that asking your industry body is not a completely solid defence from a third party suing you! Turning around to a client and saying sorry, the account's gone down and the government's going to pick up the first 50k is not a conversation I would want to have. I suspect we're not actually liable, but there is a significant client relationship issue here.
