Questionable research I am not sure how accurate the salary comparisons are in this article. Junior lawyers in a decent size national start at 40k in the regions. A glance at the gazette shows that you only start earning this with quite a few years pqe (5) in the public sector, with entry level jobs at around 26k. Also most commercial law firms equity partners earn a lot more than 100k you can expect at the top in public jobs. This article doesnt seem to be quite right - certainly not as far as commercial law firms are concerned, maybe more accurate when compared to a high street firm.
