DLA relocates Europe, Asia snr partner to Dubai

DLA or law firms in general? To the original poster or anyone in the know - is this "unseen" movement of lawyers in and out of Dubai common to all firms setting up an office in the region (i.e. more of a general trend) or is it specific to DLA? If the former, what are the reasons for this?
