frustated with it all Why? What is so unethical? Will you complain if a retired IAS officer joins a private bank or an ex employee of BHEL joins L&T? Lets face it: law is a service not a damn profession, the lawyers expect to get paid and make money and have as much freedom to join anyone they like as a I-banker would!
