Linklaters signs India best-friends tie

is it ethical- need for investigation. There are government rules which do prevent these kinds of tie-ups by senior government officials who may peddle influence with government and allow their name to be used for marketing. I hear that there may be a vigilance investigation into the real arrangements. One more example of magic circle firms circumventing regulations, and entering through the back door. Linklaters does it again, after their existing front with TTA. No one is fooled here as to what the real deal is. It’s time the English law society also looked into all this hokey pokey.
