CC’s, Eversheds’ outsourcing: greed, or just common sense?

Do it but be careful!! I read somewhere that CC has saved 12 Million pounds by outsourcing. Eversheds is also outsourcing their conveyancing work. In the current financial situation, I think this is the best approach any firm will adopt. But at the same time, I would like to warn the legal fratenity by not getting mislead by Indian LPOs like LawScribe. In Daily Journal, their CEO mentioned that they have 130 attorneys. i visited them a month ago and talked to many LPO firms and Consultants in India and based on their inputs, I can say with confidence that they don't have more than 10 attorneys on board. As an attorney, I consider this as unethical and especially when their CEO is an American Attorney, I will mention it as an offence as they are misleading complete legal industry.
