CC’s, Eversheds’ outsourcing: greed, or just common sense?

The World is Flat Once again, the legal profession slowly follows where others have led. Any serious business person should have read "The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman You want a relationship - fine, but in the flat world the nature of these relationships will change. Like most business books it takes 500 pages to say what it could say in 250, but if anyone reading this is in a leadership position, they really should read the book. These firms are to be credited with at least moving with the times and utilising the technology available. If they don't do it, others will. There are a number of comments which also underestimate the quality of people available in India, which is shortsighted at best.
