Simpson ditches dead weight

Standard operating procedure I used to work at STB and can tell you that this is nothing new; it's standard operating procedure for the Personnel Committee and has been going on for years. They may have this discussion with more associates in a tough year, and fewer associates in a boom year, but this is how they quietly manage their headcount.
