Diversity and Microsoft It is very stupid to include the poor when talking about diversity. A diverse workforce that reflects the community as a whole is very necessary. As always, the USA has led the way with affirmative action (Obama and Powell). It is about time affirmative action came to the UK so that complacent, entitled mediocrities can stop writing offensive and ill-considered posts. In the end, the legal profession will come into line because it is always about the money.
