Links vs K&E It's obvious why K&E got this deal. Sainsbury's would have flipped if Links had acted on the sale for Somerfield itself as then Links wouldn't have been available to act for them if Sainsbury's had an interest in the deal (e.g. buying bits of it, competition issues etc). Still, a nice deal for K&E.
