A Fairer Future? As a disabled person of 57 years I know what injustice and inequality means, but what do I| make of this word, "fairness"? How does 'fairness' address the oppressive ideology associated with the existing definition of disability found in the DDA? Who determines what is fair? Let me guess" the same white, middle class non-disabled men who help maintain the existing injustices and inqualities found in society?
