Narnia Dad defends his domain name policies

Comment

Pro Bono I am not sure why Payne considers that the issue of "free speech" has any relevance to domain registrations, It would appear that the registrant has no intention to put the registration to any use at all (the registrant cannot really believe that an 11-year old would have any wish to have a domain derived from Narnia in any event - he should perhaps check with his son if he even wants the domain transferred to him). I have been involved in a similar point of "principle" which was of course resolved on the basis of a financial settlement. Also, whatever happened to true pro bono work that was undertaken for true pro bono purposes?
