Eversheds calls for an end to diversity blame game

Skirting around the issues? I applaud the work that Caroline is doing at Everhseds and anybody who has a voice should be using it loudly at the moment The diversity issue has been focussed on minorty groups for decades and it got us nowhere very fast. However, the new generation of Grads are causing a storm and will not tolerate the draconian working cultures which our finest institutions still advocate.
