Buncefield lawyers fear corners will be cut
Recently David Steel tried to remove some property owners’ right to representation because of case duplication.
The argument was put forward that if a party wishes to be represented it should have the right.
David Steel took the pragmatic approach. He decided that they could stay in the proceedings on the basis that costs were at their own risk.

That's as it should be. Justice is paramount.
