Olswang backtracks on NQ pay freeze

It's not below inflation....! If an Olswang trainee goes from what, £37k(?) on 2nd seat to £62k on qualification, that's a 67% pay rise. This bumps it up to almost 72%. Poor things, how will they cope with the rising price of petrol?
