Law Soc lashes out after fine for poor performance

time to resolve this Manzoor has not really fined the Law Society, she has fined people like me who finance the Law Society. Every time Manzoor issues a report like this, and they are seemingly frequent, a spat breaks out and the LS cries foul, in this case stating the penalty to be disproportionate. I am in no position to resolve the competing accounts, but someone ought to so we can find out whether Manzoor is wrong, or that the Law Society is incompetent at complaints handling and that heads should roll. Accordingly, the Law Society should move from press release denial, and instead to litigation and take Manzoor to court - that way the practice fee payer will find out the truth.
