Eversheds: Transforming itself inside out. As a client and an ousider in the legal business, I think Eversheds is only exploring changes, concerns and its clients needs. So it has incorporated as one of its missions 'The law firm of the 21 century'. Its leaders are creating opportunities for their firm to explore change initiatives within the firm and its external environment. Even to undertake a risk-management programme to ensure that its mission can be reached and eventually sold to all its clients as their choice and needs.
