equal equality/ borders/ The Scottish now have their own parliament and law, in which the English can not take part, yet the Scottish influence our parliament and law. So much for equal rights to the English, in that a Scottish vote is worth more than an English vote. The system shall be equal when the Scottish are not allowed in the English system.
