No Need for IP Partners The league of law firms you're looking at can only do significant litigation to make a profit. If you are not called RIM you go elsewhere for your IP. Non-contentious IP is not a restricted activity so why pay fees inflated by SRA regulation and the lifestyle aspirations of city partners. Business clients may be trying to tell you something
