Prospects Re your prospects, if you're prepared to think differently then they should be excellent. You may well be able to find a partnership in another firm especially if you have a following, but you should also consider in-house, part time and temporary roles. Although age discrimination is alive and well, most companies do value maturity and experience. Experience + expertise = better value!
