NHS braces itself as number of equal pay claims spirals out of control

Regarding job evaluation why did we have to lose huge amounts from our salaries when both men and women in our section were paid equally anyway dependant on the grade for that position. Also why was our business manager allowed to pass on new grades to the je team before the live je interviews .
