Insolvency: When the levy breaks

Entry to PPF and Chapter 11. Chapter 11 is not currently a qualifying insolvency event so entry to PPF protection by that route is not possible. In addition whether Ch 11 can be used to compromise a statutory debt from employer to pension scheme under Section 75 of the 1995 Pensions Act is a moot point. Ch 11 of itself won’t trigger the debt but withdrawal of employers by design might do so.
