CLAIMS Claims are usually paid through the services of a broker that often ignores the ethical and legal guidelines .Loss adjusters often do not investigate the claims appropriately.Both companies ,the Brokers working for the victims of crime and the Loss Adjusters who have to certify the amount payable The Claims Manager often sit on the fence .Madoff and Equitable Life are good examples.Insurance premium paid is not wisely invested.
