Lord Denning I find it rather embarrassing that we as a nation and as a profession would want to celebrate such a character has Lord Denning. Regardless of any positives that he may have bestowed upon the legal profession, his racism and bigotry can not be swept underneath the carpet of history. It would be hard to imagine the construction industry celebrating Hitler’s role in the creation of the Autobahn, and as good as these roads are, the industry is right no to.
