Global compliance has given counsel a mountain to climb

European compliance - filling the skills gap As specialist recruiters in this area we have seen a real growth in the number of compliance roles and candidates in Europe - responding to the effect of both local and US legislation through well publicized case studies. Two years ago companies largely had to either retrain and move resources internally or recruit from the US. The candidate market has now begun to mature although demand is still likely to outstrip supply.
